LORO Online Exclusive Aftercare Service Information
As part of our summer jewelry care, we will be offering a polishing service exclusively online.
We will polish up to two previously purchased LORO rings, earrings, or ear cuffs per customer for free (applicable to silver/18K/14K/10K).
*1117 custom rings are not eligible.
Registration is scheduled to begin at 10:00 PM on Saturday, July 19th.
▼Service information and application deadline: Orders will be accepted until Sunday, July 27th.
・The event will end once capacity is reached.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs, and are asked to enclose a Letter Pack Plus for return shipping.
- It will take approximately 2 to 2.5 months to complete the polishing.

Applications will be accepted from 10:00 PM on Saturday, July 19th on a dedicated page .
When applying, please enter the desired items and quantities in the comments section.
Example: 1 ring and 1 earring, total 2 items
*Plated items are not included.
*Please place rings that are easily deformed, such as shape ring 01, in a box during shipping.
*We will contact you by email once polishing is complete and the item has been shipped.
*We will contact you from info@loro.tokyo. Please check your domain and spam settings.
*For deep scratches and other damage that cannot be completely removed, we will repair them as much as possible free of charge.
