[How to care for silver items]

Silver is a material that does not rust, but it may become dull or dark when it reacts with sulfur in the air, sweat, or sebum.
For rings, you can restore it to its original condition by polishing it with a commercially available silver polishing cloth. For necklaces and other fine chains, we recommend using silver polishing liquid. For finishing, you can use silver polishing cream to keep it in good condition.

• The above care instructions apply only to silver accessories and should not be used on gold-plated or smoked items.
• Please be careful not to wear this when entering a hot spring.
• When not in use, wipe off any dirt and store in an airtight container.

[How to care for gold-plated items]

K18 color plating items are coated in K18 color. K18 plate is coated with 18K gold. Both are coated thickly to prevent peeling, but we recommend removing the coating when using hand cream or hair oil, or when disinfecting with alcohol. If you notice dirt or dullness, wipe it off with a soft cloth and store it in a storage bag. Please refrain from polishing too hard with a silver polishing cloth as it may cause peeling.

[How to care for brass items]

Brass items are a material that easily tarnishes when exposed to air. If you are concerned about tarnish, you can polish it with a precious metal polishing cloth to restore it to its original state. You can keep it in good condition by using a polishing cream as a finishing touch. The easiest way to care for it at home is to soak it in vinegar for about 20 seconds and then rinse it off to remove the tarnish. Please be careful not to leave it wet as it may cause tarnish and rust. Discoloration may appear on your fingers, but please rest assured that it will not affect your body.

[How to care for K18, K10, and K9]

K18, K10, and K9 are materials that are resistant to darkening caused by sebum stains and sweat, but discoloration may occur when sebum stains and sweat come into contact with air and oxidize. K10 and K9 contain less gold than K18, so they are harder, but are more likely to discolor due to oxidation. If you have worn jewelry for a long time, lightly wash it with water and wipe it with a soft cloth, and store it in a jewelry box or airtight bag when not wearing it. Do not use abrasives, and if you are concerned about dirt, soak it in lukewarm water with a neutral detergent dissolved in it for 15 to 30 minutes.

[How to open and close the hook end]

If it is difficult to hook, open the hook slightly.

About Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1 week to 10 days after payment is complete. (Excluding some made-to-order items)
Items will be shipped by Yamato Transport. If you are not at home when the item is delivered, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery slip, so please contact the delivery company to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

We cannot accept returns after purchase. Regarding size exchanges, if the size is available in our store, we will only accept it if the item has not been worn. *If there are scratches even if the item is unused, we will charge ¥2,200 (tax included) for polishing. If the size we do not have is not available, we will alter it.Please check the alteration policy and contact us via CONTACT. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after purchase.

Shipping Policy
