いつもjournalをご覧いただき、ありがとうございます＾＾
本日は、名古屋POPUPとInitial eventでお出しするドリンクについてお話をさせていただきます。
今まで何度かお飲み物をご提供するイベントを
開催してきましたが、今回、初めて日本茶をご提供いたします。
ご提供させていただきますドリンクは、
東京、蔵前にありますnorm tea house様に
ご協力いただきました。
お店は、5坪とミニマムな空間に、
カウンター越しにお茶をいただける素敵なお茶屋さんです。
2021年にオープンしたばかりのお店は、
古い一軒家をリノベーションし、
元々の造りを生かした店内で、
リラックスしてお茶を楽しむことができます。
打ち合わせのため何度かお店へ伺いましたが、
オーナーの長谷川さんは、とても気さくな方で
お茶についてや、プライベートなことまで、
楽しくお話しをさせていただきました。
お店では、国内で作っている緑茶だけでなく、
様々な種類の日本茶をご紹介できるそうです。
とっても素敵な時間を過ごさせていただき、ありがとうございました！
今回、イベントでご提供いたしますお茶は、
すっきりと飲みやすいアイスの日本茶と、
自然な甘さで体に優しい素焚糖を使用したアイス抹茶ラテの2種類をご用意いたしました。
当日、長谷川さんにいただきましたレシピを元に
LOROスタッフがドリンクをご準備いたします。
そのため、何度も練習しておいしいお茶をご提供できるよう頑張っております！

Today, I would like to talk about drinks served at Nagoya POPUP and the initial event.
We've held several events to offer drinks
We have held the event, but this is the first time we offer Japanese tea.
The drinks we offer you are,
Dear Norm tea house in front of Kuramae, Tokyo
Thank you for your cooperation.
The restaurant has a minimum space of 5 pyeong,
It is a nice tea house where you can have tea over the counter.
The store that just opened in 2021 is,
renovate an old house,
In the store, which utilizes the original construction,
You can relax and enjoy tea.
I visited the store several times for a meeting,
The owner, Mrs.Hasegawa, is very friendly
About the tea, about the private matters,
I enjoyed talking with you.

In addition to green tea made in domestic,
You can enjoy various kinds of Japanese tea.
The tea we will offer at the event is,
Japanese tea with a refreshing and easy-to-drink ice cream,
We have prepared two kinds of iced matcha latte, which uses natural sweetness and mildly cooked sugar.
Based on the recipe Mrs. Hasegawa gave me on the day
LORO staff will prepare drinks.
Therefore, we are doing our best to provide delicious tea by practicing many times!
